I like the way sticky headers work on various web sites I’ve
seen. There are some really interesting implementations where the
header changes when it gets to the top of the page, which is fun. I
wrote up a JS module called ScrollSticky which is out on my GitHub
Recently, I attended HackTheGap 2017, which
is an all-women hack-a-thon in the Twin Cities. (Huge fun!) Our team
built a web app using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, mixing in a
little Python nltk for good
This is the first serious Express app I’ve done from scratch, although
not too strenuous.
Recently, a friend and former co-worker of mine,
together a set of intro demos and tutorials into using
ReactJS. They’re really pretty good at giving
learning ReactJS quickly.
